About Me
My name is Mark. I'm from a manufacturing background but have always been able to see machinery as living things and I have always wanted to manipulate that into some form of art.
I have always been passionate about trucks. Therefore, when I saw the opportunity to design art using truck parts, I jumped at the chance and have been designing and creating robots on and off for the last 13 years. Each robot takes a long time from idea to end product because they're all treated with individual love and attention.
Trucks, to me, are a living thing. To use some of the things from those vehicles is very exciting to me and to be able to create robots from the innards of these amazing vehicles enables me to combine two of my life's passions.

My grandmother is to blame for my passion about robots because she bought me one as a young boy. I have been intrigued ever since. The similarities with the human form can be uncannily unsettling which is what I strive for in every one of my creations.
Every robot is unique. They stand at between 90 centimetres and one metre tall. Every robot is made from mainly automotive parts but I also use electronics, wood, plastic, stainless steel and aluminium.
All heads and arms move and the chests of all the robots open to reveal mechanical workings or switches and gauges.
They are real collector's pieces. They are all welded, bolted and riveted together and are quite heavy. They're designed to stand alone as a static display, perfect for the professional who has everything but is still a kid at heart. More robots are constantly being made so stayed tuned!
Sean
Sean is an extremely solid robot. His head turns, his arms sway or can be locked in a "shooting position." He has a moving claw on one side and the other side sports a ray gun. His chest opens to reveal gauges, switches, lights and a cigarette lighter which you can plug a mobile phone into (just for show). You can place a mobile phone in his claw and set the arm next to his head as though he is talking on it. Sean is a real head turner!

Briggs
He has a moving head, arms and body. When you open his chest, you will see small combustion engine internals. He also has a removable crank that you can turn which makes the innards move. He has a movable claw and a ray gun.

Jimmy
Jimmy has an aluminium body. His has movable arms and a chest that opens to reveal various switches and gauges. Jimmy is a high quality robot and is mounted to a very solid base and also has rocket strapped to his back.
